YGOFORUM is an independent and broadly-based cooperative forum. Its goals are:

• Enhancing the development of environmental geotechnics
• Enhancing collaboration for finding the best solutions
• Contributing to research programmes

• Sharing knowledge

Primary Interests 

• Refining industrial by-products and construction waste to earth construction material: Instructions, products and pilots
• Quality assurance of ground water protection and barrier materials
• Contaminated soils: handling of contaminated soils, investigation and management of risks

Tasks

• Finding solutions with the collaboration of authorities, researchers, consultants and contractors
• Developing the field of environmental geotechnics
• Contributing to national and international research programs
• Providing information for ordinance preparation
• Organizing seminars and providing educational material
• Sharing knowledge
